Halloween 2014

I knew I'd be busy with a newborn when Halloween rolled around this year...so I planned ahead and bought their costumes in September - good to go ;) Surprisingly, they still wanted to do a theme - I thought perhaps they would want to branch off in separate directions this year, but I must admit I was a little giddy that they all wanted to be super heroes because that meant we could also include our newest family member, as well. As long as he didn't go too far over due - and thankfully, he was born six days before Halloween, so he was just in time for all of the fun! Crazy enough, I took these photos when he was just one day old new. Without further adieu...may I introduce you to...

Our Superheroes

Batman

Cat Woman

Wonder Woman

and
Robin

Batman meets Robin

{melt me...gah! my little sons!}

Oh, yes. The world is in good hands!

Happy Halloween, friends!

We are feeling so very blessed to have another healthy, beautiful baby in our family. Truly, what a gift this little one is to us. The world is already a better place with him in it. Welcome to this earth and this life, sweet Hudson - we love you so so much!

Outings // Sweetberry Farm

We always seem to over dress for the pumpkin patch here in Texas. The day started off a little cooler, but it was 80 degrees by noon...which is why we look forward to the homemade pumpkin ice cream and deliciously refreshing fresh strawberry popsicles as our treat when we visit Sweet Berry Farm each autumn.

This year, visited early, as our new baby is due in a few short weeks! I waddled around, and seriously thought the hayride might put me into labor! It was highly uncomfortable and likely rather amusing to those standing by ;) And the kids...well...they were too busy having a good time to want to sit together for a picture. These are the best we got this year. Our three little pumpkins...and all of us waiting with much excitement and anticipation to meet our fourth and littlest pumpkin - we're getting so close!
